All orders are shipped UPS 2-3 day service. Tracking will be sent to you as soon as your package leaves. Shipping times are not guaranteed and CaseBakes is not liable for any breakage or late package arrivals once the package is out of our possession. We will not issue any refunds or reimbursements. We take the utmost care while Baking, decorating, packaging and shipping to deliver the freshest, custom cookies for your events. By purchasing an item to be shipped you are agreeing to these terms.
